RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Wavey Wakaru, each piece is produced with intention. We ask that you review the following policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Requests made outside of this window will not be approved.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

    •    Unworn

    •    Unwashed

    •    In original condition

Any item returned worn, damaged, or altered will be declined and sent back to the customer. No refund or credit will be issued in these cases.

Refunds

All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.

Once approved, customers may choose between:

    •    Store credit, or

    •    A refund to the original form of payment

Refunds to the original payment method are issued only after the item has been received and approved.

Additional Information

    •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

    •    Original shipping charges are non-refundable

    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns
