• Premade Items: Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and shipping.
• Made-to-Order / Preorder Items: Please allow 1–2 months for production and shipping.

Each product may have different processing times, so we strongly recommend reviewing the product description on each item page for the most accurate shipping estimate.

• Orders are shipped as soon as production is complete.
• You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
