Heavy 12.5 oz deep indigo raw denim jacket with a boxy fit. Like all raw denim, it starts out stiff, dark, and unwashed, and breaks in to you over time. The more you wear it, the more it fades and creases in your own way, so no two jackets end up looking the same.

The fit is boxy and sits at the waist, with room through the chest and shoulders. Curved panels wrap the shoulders and chest, outlined in gold contrast stitching, so the jacket has shape even when it's laid flat.

The front is built in layers. Underneath there's a full metal zipper. Over that, a wide storm flap closes with three silver fireman clasps, the hook-and-ring hardware you see on firefighter coats. The collar snaps on and off: wear it standing up and snapped shut around your neck, fold it down, or take it off.

Care

Raw denim is meant to be worn a lot and washed rarely. When you do wash it, close the zip and clasps, turn it inside out, use cold water, and hang dry. Expect some indigo to rub off at first, so be careful with light-colored clothes and bags. That's normal for raw denim and it settles down with wear.
